Due to the short prep and cook times, you’ll find that you can generally muster up the energy (even after a long day) to pull this together and frankly, you’ll be glad that you spent that extra few minutes of effort to prepare this delicious and easy Paleo dinner recipe.Part of the beauty of preparing this is the flexibility to pair it with any of your favorite side dishes. My go to side item is steamed vegetables (spinach and broccoli are my favorites), which take no time to season and steam. If I’m feeling particularly ravenous, I will also do a baked sweet potato topped with ghee, pecan pieces and fresh cinnamon or some delicious mashed sweet potatoes topped similarly.
