    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 cup crumbled paneer ( use storebought or homemade)
    • 11-2 tsp green chili paste
    • ½ tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tsp mango powder (If you don't have this, then add a tiny bit of lime juice)
    • Oil for cooking
