Summary
This is a great Outback Steakhouse Blooming onion made by Todd Wilbur. Made a few modifications. Who would have thought a fried onion would taste that good.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- dash ground black pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt ( I left that out)
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground black
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 large Vidalia sweet onion
