- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 3 (2.25-ounce) cans sliced black olives, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 10-15 basil leaves
