    • 2 tablespoons of oil

    • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger

    • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon of all spice
    • 1/4 teaspoon of cloves
    • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne
    • 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
    • 14-15 ounce can of chickpeas, drained
    • Large handful of baby spinach
    • 4 fillets of salmon
    • 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped (for topping)
