    This muffin recipe is made in ONE bowl and the ingredients can be swapped out so that you can create any type of muffin you're craving!

    Ingredients

    • 6 bananas- mashed
    • 1 C sugar
    • 2 eggs-beaten
    • 3 C all purpose flour
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 2/3 C butter, melted (I let mine brown on the stove top for deeper flavor)
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 C peanut butter
    • 1 C mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 4 TB milled flax seed (or 2 TB if you prefer)
