    Ingredients

    • 1 14oz package Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa
    • 1 2lb bag of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    • 1 fuji apple, spiralized or grated
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 1 Tablespoon butter
    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 onion, I used yellow, sliced thin
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of sugar
    • 5 slices of bacon, chopped
    • 2 pretzel buns, of bun of your choosing
    • cheddar or swiss cheese, mustard and any other additional toppings you'd like.
