    Ingredients

    • 1/2 Cup blended Ogbono (or wild mango seed)
    • 2 Cups stock (Beef or Chicken)
    • Meat (or Fish of choice)
    • Stock Fish (a handful)
    • Salt to taste
    • stock cube
    • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
    • 3 Tablespoons Crayfish
    • spinach (or ugwu, Basil....)
