    • maple syrup or coconut sugar to taste
    • 34 grams (1.5 oz) freeze dried strawberries. (see notes for alternative)
    • 3/4 cup to 1 cup gluten free or grain free granola (see notes for brands)
    • 3/4 cup coconut flour (make sure it's fine or not clumpy)
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (use maple if vegan)
    • Optional strawberry or butter extract (we found these at local grocer or whole foods market)
    • 1 tbsp strawberry jam filling (natural) - Optional but TASTY
    • Powder sugar to sprinkle
