    • 5 cloves minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
    • 3-4 cups spinach, lightly chopped
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 6 ounces goat cheese ( or your favorite cheese)
