    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 of a white onion, diced
    • 1 clove of garlic, diced
    • 200 grams mixed Asian or wild mushrooms, or oyster mushrooms, or button mushrooms (whatever you have)
    • 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
    • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon flour
    • 2 tablespoons from the jar of your favorite tomato sauce
    • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable stock
    • Breadcrumbs, either regular or panko
    • Oil for deep frying
    • A jar of your favorite tomato pasta sauce
