- 1/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (or leftover shredded cooked chicken)
- 2 Tbsp shao hsing wine
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 Tbsp scallions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp fried shallots (available packaged at Asian markets)
