    Ingredients

    • 2.5 lbs of lean, cooked, drained ground beef
    • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt & pepper
    • 1 large head of cauliflower (steamed)
    • 1/2 cup of butter
    • 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream or half & half
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 - 6 oz can of tomato paste
    • 3/4- 1 cup of wate
    • 1 tsp stevia
    • 2 teaspoons of Italian Blend (basil or Oregano dried)
    • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
    • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
    • 1- 28 can of French style green beans, drained
