    • 1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
    • 1 teaspoonsugar
    • 1 teaspoonpotato starch halve if using cornstarch
    • 1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
    • 3 scallions white part minced , green part sliced
    • 1 tablespoonginger minced
    • 1 large clovegarlic minced
    • 225 gramsground pork
    • 400 gramssoft tofu drained and sliced into 1" cubes
