    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • 2 tablespoons chili bean sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
    • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • ¼-½ teaspoon ground Sichuan pepper
