    Here is another idea for a Mardi Gras quick and easy dessert. Again, since I don't have a lot of patience for making my own bread, I use a little help from some already prepared dough and add my own lazy twist to it. I will be making this over the weekend and will post pictures then.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 3 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 1/2 stick butter
    • 1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
    • 1 pt fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
    • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
    • 2 can(s) (10 count) grand's buttermilk biscuits
    • 1 1/2 c coarsley chopped walnuts or pecans
