    • 4- ounces (115 g) medium broccoli florets ((about a generous 1 cup))
    • 1/3 cup (75 ml) low FODMAP oyster sauce (such as Lee Kum Kee)
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    • ½ teaspoon sambal oelek or low FODMAP hot sauce; (optional)
