    • 1 clove of garlic (or 2 or 3 depending on taste!)
    • 1/2 tsp. of salt
    • 2 tbsp. of cream or milk
    • 1 tbsp. of butter
    • 2 cups of cooked, flaked white fish (haddock, halibut or cod)
    • 1 tbsp. of cilantro
    • 2 tbsp. of seasoning (I used a combination of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc.)
    • 1 tbsp. of finely chopped onions
    • 1 large egg (beaten)
