    • 1 Generous handful croutons
    • 1 Small handful (Around half a punnet) Garden/Salad Cress
    • Grated parmesan cheese, to taste
    • 5 tsp low fat natural yoghurt
    • 2-3 tsp white wine winegar
    • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    • Generous splash or worcestershire sauce
    • Garlic powder, to taste
    • Salt, to taste
    • Black pepper, to taste
