    Ingredients

    • 16 oz. Barilla Protein Plus Elbows Macaroni, uncooked(https://amzn.to/2Mah4RH)
    • 2 Tbsp. Land O' Lakes light butter made with canola oil
    • 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 cup light or fat free cheddar cheese, shredded ( I use Trader Joe's light 3 cheese blend)
    • 1 ( 10.5 oz.) can healthy request cheddar cheese soup, condensed
