    Ingredients

    • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest, plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 1 large egg, plus 1 large egg white
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
