    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® brand lean (ground beef)
    • 3 large eggs
    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    • 2 tablespoons grated onion
    • 1 tablespoon grated garlic (I used a garlic press)
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 1/3 cups ricotta cheese
    • 3/4 cup pizza sauce (divided (or half tomato sauce half tomato paste))
    • 6 lasagna noodles (cooked)
    • 3 cups shredded (mozzarella cheese, divided)
