    • 3 1/2 ounces beansprouts
    • 20 slices prepared fishcake
    • 10 prawns, cooked and peeled
    • 10 scallops, cooked
    • Laksa (Rau Ram leaves) or holy basil leaves, finely chopped, for garnish
