    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (substitute a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend to make gluten free)
    • 1 cup unsalted chicken broth or water
    • 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)

    • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained (such as Rotel))
