    • ¼ cup diced Red Onion
    • 2 jalepeño pepper, finely diced (remove seeds if you don't want the spice)
    • juice of 2 lemons (or 3)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • ¼ tsp sea salt
    • jandful of fresh cilantro, stems removed
