- 2 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoon coconut flour
- 3/4 cup sugar free crystal sweetener Lakanto monk fruit (, erythritol or xylitol (use 1 cup if you have a very sweet tooth!))
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 5 large eggs (, beaten)
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (or melted butter (120 ml))
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecan (chopped, keep 1/4 cup for the top)
