    • 3/4 cup (177ml) water
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tomato (diced)
    • 2 scallions/green pepper (finely chopped)
    • 1 scotch bonnet or jalapeño pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
