    This is a great alternative to the traditional fruit salad or melon tray. It has so much flavor and they all blend beautifully. Contrary to what most people might think, the jalapeno does not add much heat. The flavor medley far outweighs the heat factor.

    Ingredients

    • 3 C Seedless Watermelon (chopped or made into balls)
    • 3 C Honeydew Melon (chopped or made into balls)
    • 1/2 C Purple Onion (finely minced)
    • 1 Jalapeño pepper (seeds removed and finely minced)
    • 1 small bunch fresh Cilantro (finely minced)
    • 2 T fresh Lime juice
    • Salt to taste
