    • 1 medium roasted red bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    • 1 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
