  • Summary

Dinner for 6/9/2020... Followed recipe except, instead of using the pre-cooked frozen meatballs from the store. I made my own, using my stuffed burgers recipe, making the meatballs instead of burger patties. Hubby- liked it, no seconds, suggested using flavored rice next time. kid one- liked it, had seconds, but did not like the cooked peppers. kid two- liked it, no seconds.

    Ingredients

    • 1 (32 ounce) package precooked frozen meatballs
    • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain juice)
    • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2/3 cup white vinegar
    • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
