    • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
    • 1/4 cup Apple Cider
    • 1/4 tsp Ginger, (powdered)
    • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    • 1/4 tsp Allspice
    • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
    • 1 1/4 cups Sugar
    • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt ((1/8 tsp table salt))
