    • 4 Tbsp Sugar
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Tablespoon Yeast
    • 3 Tbsp Butter
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1-1/2 cups Milk (warm )
    • 2 Tsp garlic powder
    • chopped scallions
    • 1 clove Garlic
    • 2 cup unsalted butter
    • Pinch of salt (Optional)
    • Chopped Parsley (Rosemary, Chives or scallion)
