    Ingredients

    • 1 pound salmon fillets
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon warm water
    • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • a pinch each salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 of a lemon, sliced into rounds
    • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of the skillet)
