    • 1 1/2 pound boneless chicken boil and shred
    • 2 Big Tomatoes chopped very fine
    • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
    • 2 Tablespoons chili powder (Adjust according to how hot you want your nachos). Mine became super hot.
    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
    • A few dashes hot sauce
    • 1 Large bag of Tortilla chips
    • 2 cups (approximate) grated Cheddar-Jack
    • 1/4 cup Jalapeno Slices(jarred)
    • 3 Green Onions, chopped very fine
    • 1/4 cup sour cream (Optional)
    • 1 Avocado(Optional))
    • A Teaspoon of Lime Juice
    • Salt
