    • 2 tsp fresh sage leaves ( finely chopped or 1 tsp dried sage)
    • 1 tsp  dried fennel (crushed)
    • 1 tsp  garlic powder
    • ½ tsp dried rosemary
    • 1 tsp fresh thyme or ½ tsp dried thyme
    • a dash each of cayenne pepper and cloves (optional)
