    Homemade granola with walnuts, dried cranberries and lots of vanilla flavor. Perfect with fruit and yogurt for breakfast, or for a quick snack!

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
    • 1 cup Rice Krispies
    • 1 cup Walnuts , chopped
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup coconut oil (or canola oil)
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 Tbls sugar
    • 1 Tbls + 2 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
