    Hearty beef stew. Cubed beef with vegetables cooked in slow cooker. Very easy and tasty recipe. You can use venison instead beef.Ingredients2 pounds (960 g) stewing beef,cubed5 carrots,sliced1 large yeloow onion,peeled and cut into chunks2 ribs celery,sliced22 oz (360 ml) can stewed tomatoes1/2 teaspoon ground cloves2 bay leaves11/2 teaspoons salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black peppercooked crispy baconchopped fresh parsleyMethodStep 1In a slow cooker,combine all ingredients,except bacon and parsley. Mix well.Step 2Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours.Step 3Open slow cooker and discard bay leaves. Transfer cooked beef with vegetables to serving platter.
