    I use this healthy, high-protein cake batter mousse as an easy and healthy breakfast or a snack that can be prepared the night before.

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz. (57 g) low-fat Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 0.5 cup (1.2 dl) almond milk
    • 0.7 oz. (20 g) oats
    • Almonds & berries (optional but recommended)
