    Made with coconut cream, coconut sugar, lady fingers, coffee and Kahlua. It's a lighter, healthier tiramisu option that it delicious! 

    Ingredients

    • 1 can of coconut cream (14 ounces) (with no preservatives, Savoy is great), refrigerated at least over night or frozen 2 hours
    • 16 ounces marscapone cheese
    • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
    • 1 cup dark coffee
    • 1/2 cup kahlua
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for the coffee mixture)
    • 1 package of lady fingers (7 oz / 200 g)
    • 1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder (divided)
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (divided, for layering)
    • optional: berries and mint leaves on top
