- 4 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp EACH dried parsley, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, ground mustard, pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 3 oz. (about 3/4 cup) shredded Gruyere cheese
- 3 oz. (about 3/4 cup) shredded gouda cheese (may sub cheddar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 cup asparagus (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
