    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
    • splash of worcesteshire sauce
    • 1 egg white, (lightly beaten)
    • 4 to 6 buns of your choice
    • lettuce for your burgers
    • quick pickled onions
    • 1 avocado, (chopped)
    • 1 handful cherry tomatoes, (chopped)
    • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    • ½ lime, (juiced)
    • pinch of salt
