    • Cilantro (optional for garnish)
    • Salsa and sour cream (for serving)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 2 tsp chili powder
    • 2 tsp paprika
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp salt
