    • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
    • 2 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
    • 2 cups coconut milk, full fat
    • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
    • Extra green onions for garnish
    • 15 ounce can of chickpeas (or 1.5 cooked chickpeas)
    • To serve: either over cooked rice (1 cup uncooked) or Naan bread.
