    • 1 pound chicken tenders or breast cut into strips
    • 4 medium-size tomatoes seeded and cut into wedges
    • 2 cups sliced cucumber from 1 large English cucumber
    • 1 cup ?2 thinly sliced red onion from about 1?2 small onion
    • 4 leaves fresh basil cut into chiffonade (see Make It Easier)
    • ½ cup crumbled feta
