    Ingredients

    • 4 Flatout® Flatbreads (I used ProteinUP Carb Down®, roasted red pepper)
    • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper hummus
    • 1 handful (about 1 cup) of fresh spinach leaves
    • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and cut into slices
    • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
    • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained and rinsed
    • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced (optional)
