    • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1/4 tsp Dark Cocoa Powder
    • 1 Bay Leaf
    • 2 cups Carrots (1/2 lb chopped or shredded)
