    • 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1 package of Gluten Free Toufayan Savory Spinach Wraps
    • 1 small container of Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus
    • 4 oz container of crumbled feta
    • 8 oz of baby spinach
