    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup butter, softened (dairy-free butters works too)
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 ounces gluten-free unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour (I used Ryze Gluten-Free Flour (Blue Bag) )
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or chopped nut of choice)
