    Ingredients

    • 3 large zucchini (peeled and ends removed)
    • 3-4 cloves garlic olive oil (if you don't have this you can cook a few garlic over low-medium heat with regular olive oil for about 7-8 minutes beforehand, and then use that!)
    • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
    • salt & pepper (to taste)
    • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (if you don't have slivered on hand just slice up some almonds)
