    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup prepared guacamole, homemade or store-bought
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Cholula hot sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
    • 1 1/4 cups fresh corn, about 2 ears worth
    • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and chopped or crumbled
    • 1 cup finely chopped fresh tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
    • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped, about 1-2 tablespoons worth
